System
The systems works with two independent inputs: US Dollars and
the local currency (in this case, SUCRES, the Ecuadorian official currency).
This double information in dollars and local currency permits an
effective comparison with the same or other projects through time and in
different geographical contexts. This kind of system is particularly important
for countries with high inflation rates.
