This Spreadsheet-chart is the key to the system. The text can be changed, for example to translate the terms or to use different construction technology proposals. The changes are altered automatically on all the other sheets, as are the figures in the cells.

Minimum Monthly Income per worker
In the first cell we input the minimum monthly income per worker as given by the respective government. If this is not available we assume a value.

Financial Inputs
The criteria for the years of payments and interest per year is provided by the financial institution involved in the programme or project.

Construction Technology Inputs
In this particular example the first three cells use the information provided from Statistical -Budgeting chapter. The Low Cost Technologies and Residential Technologies figures are provided from local construction institutions.
