The standardization and lightness of the specially designed truss facilitates the construction of an additional storey.

The roof truss construction is specifically designed to maximise cross ventilation throughout the house. It also facilitates the illumination of the stair well, which owing to the strong light will provide unusual lighting effects. (Fig. 7)
